Crafts Mirror, Mirror Relaxation Games

This year's theme was "Be Healthy, Be Safe, Be Wise" and was celebrated by Girl Guides and Girl Scouts all over the world on World Thinking Day.

Colleen Finnegan and Alycia Downs organized a badge workshop to earn the Junior level "Highway to Health" badge in keeping with the World Thinking Day theme.

Badge activities included completing a health puzzle created by Colleen, writing a letter to your body to remind yourself to be healthy, making a monkey craft to display the letter, making mirrors to remind ourselves to take care of ourselves, participating in relaxation games, science experiments to demonstrate the importance of washing our hands and we made healthy snacks to practice eating right.

It was a lot of fun!

Adult volunteers were Ellen Finnegan, Mary Lasdin, Irene Yull, Mary Diamantides, Diane Catania and Lori Downs.
