Steps for Going On a Road Trip

1. Check Safety-Wise for Trip Specific requirements
2. Two Weeks Prior: Complete Troop Activity Application (On-line)
3. One Week Prior: Parents must complete Activity Permission Form (Yellow Card) (PDF)
4. Bring each girl's Permanent Girl Scout Troop Record & Health History (Blue Card) (PDF)
5. Bring each girl's Activity Permission Form
6. Bring a First Aid Kit
